We have an answering machine for messages that is available after hours and we have an emergency phone number for existing patients who have a severe emergency. That phone number is 901-493-6962. One of the doctors will call you back as soon as possible to address your emergency.

We welcome new patients into our practice. Unfortunately sometimes patients make several appointments and never show up or cancel at the last moment. Our policy is to see all patients on a timely manner. If we have new or established patients who no-show or cancel at the last moment more than 3 appointments, we will refuse to see or continue treatment on them. Let this be a reminder to please try and keep with your appointments. We call a day ahead as a courtesy to remind you of your appointment but it is your responsibility to keep up with these dates and times.

For our patients comfort and anxiety, we offer nitrous oxide with any procedure for a minimal cost. We also offer oral sedation for anyone who needs extensive dental work and has a severe anxiety level. With oral sedation they will need someone to bring them to the office and drive them home. Follow up care instructions will be given to the caretaker at the time of the procedure. Post-op calls for major procedures are usually made in the evenings once the patient has had time to wake up and speak to the doctor, in case there are any questions which need addressing.
